Is wallet help still available here?
Yes. Wallet setup, recovery, transactions, dapp connections, displayed balances, and support tickets are still part of the 6uo Foundation Help Center.
Can 6uo Foundation support recover my recovery phrase?
No. A recovery phrase or private key controls wallet access. 6uo Foundation support cannot recover lost wallet secrets and will never ask you to share them.
Why is my transaction pending?
Pending status can happen because of network congestion, fees, RPC delays, or explorer indexing. Keep the transaction hash and network name ready if you contact support.
Still need a hand?
Open a support ticket and share the product area, network, and transaction hash when relevant. Never include your recovery phrase.
