Why transactions pend
A transaction stays pending until the network confirms it. Common causes include network congestion, a fee set too low to be prioritized, or an explorer that is slow to index the result. In most cases the transaction simply needs more time.
Check the status first
Copy the transaction hash and look it up on a public block explorer for that network. The explorer shows whether the transaction is pending, confirmed, or failed. This is the fastest way to know what is actually happening onchain.
What you can do
If it is confirmed on the explorer but not visible in the wallet, refresh or reopen the app to let it re-index. If it remains pending for a long time due to a low fee, some networks allow you to speed it up or replace it with a higher fee. Avoid sending the same transfer again unless you have confirmed the first one failed.
When to contact support
If the explorer shows the transaction confirmed but the balance still looks wrong after refreshing, open a support ticket and include the transaction hash and network. That information lets support investigate the display quickly.
